posting on public forums requires some kind of self moderation
could you please edit the topic title ??
btw to get some real help you should really post what you have done where your are stuck
just asking how to unpack doesnt ever yield any result anywhere
the post simply gets ignored

there are zillions and more ways to unpack and all those ways are
documented some where on this hole wild web

you need to find some search engines and make it sweat a little
to get the results

peid can be fooled may be it is not pe-compact at all but has been designed in such a way that peid tells it as pecompact
have you though in such a manner ??

unpacking+pecompact in google
yields
Results 1 - 10 of about 314 for unpacking pecompact. (0.77 seconds
have you exhausted all those hits ???
have you read one of the result in first page
Theme: manual unpacking Packer: PECompact v2.50 by Bitsum Technologies Author:
SMoKE Tools: OllyDbg, ImpRec, OllyDump (or some other dumper) URL: ...

some one has successfully manually unpacked a version which is far far far newer than your version so your version must be surely a lot of easier than this

now ask some real question and dont use profanities unless it is absolutely required in the context

It could be.

EDIT:

MASOUD, add this signature to the PEiD user database. That is userdb.txt file in PEiD's folder. Be sure that you put it on the top of list:
Code:
[ExeShield v3.7 -> ExeShield Team (h)]
signature = B8 ?? ?? ?? 00 50 64 FF 35 00 00 00 00 64 89 25 00 00 00 00 33 C0 89 08 50 45 43 6F 6D 70 61 63 74 32 00 CE 1E 42 AF F8 D6 CC E9 FB C8 4F 1B 22 7C B4 C8 0D BD 71 A9 C8 1F 5F B1 29 8F 11 73 8F 00 D1 88 87 A9 3F 4D 00 6C 3C BF C0 80 F7 AD 35 23 EB 84 82 6F 8C B9 0A FC EC E4 82 97 AE 0F 18 D2 47 1B 65 EA 46 A5 FD 3E 9D 75 2A 62 80 60 F9 B0 0D E1 AC 12 0E 9D 24 D5 43 CE 9A D6 18 BF 22 DA 1F 72 76 B0 98 5B C2 64 BC AE D8
ep_only = true

Then use external scan on your file.

Btw, ExeShield creates temp hidden fiile in same dir when you run packed file. That file contains half of your exe. Check that.
