Are there any tools which can compare two files with different sizes??

U see I need to check the difference in coding in two files but the cracked file is shorter in length so I failed to compare them. can u help?

You can compare two files using Hex Workshop. Many times cracked exe's and original exe's are different in size, however, if there is a drastic difference then the exe is probably unpacked and comparing is worthless.

Yes I know it is unpacked. But then is there no way to find the difference in coding if I cannot unpack it?

That is correct. Dependent upon the packer, code is either obfuscated, compressed, encrypted, etc and comparing is rendered useless because it looks nothing like it did before.

You can code an inline patcher for the packed program.
